Santa Catalina Island Vineyards Wine Allocation
Due to the growing popularity of these limited wines, we have created an allocation program. In the Fall, as we make this transition to an allocation model, the new vintages of our Santa Catalina Island Vineyards wines will be allocated to members based on membership longevity. You will be able to view and select the quantity you want from your allocation in your profile online.

If you choose to receive your wine through our Pick Up method, please note that if shipments are not picked up within 4 weeks of notification they will be shipped to you at your expense.
At this time we are able to ship wine to addresses in Arizona, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin. If you live in another state, please email wineclub@rusackvineyards.com to dicuss your membership options.
There is no initial membership fee and you may cancel your membership at any time. Please note that cancelling your membership prior to receiving 2 shipments incurs a $35 administrative fee.
Each shipment will be charged to your credit card before shipping. The cost of each shipment will depend on the varietals selected, and any applicable shipping, handling, and tax.
Membership terms: By submitting this online form, I understand that membership applications will be processed on a first received basis and that RUSACK Vineyards ("RV") has the right to refuse membership or terminate membership at any time. I understand that there is no membership fee. I also understand and agree that I may cancel my membership at any time but that in order to avoid billing for the next shipment, my cancellation must be receive by RV by mail, fax or email no later than the 15th day of the month prior to that shipment. I understand that cancelling my membership prior to receiving 2 shipments will incur a $35 administrative fee. I understand that if I do not purchase all of the wine offered in a shipment, my membership may be cancelled automatically. By submitting this form, I certify that I am at least 21 years old and acknowledge that shipments will require an adult signature upon delivery or pickup. I authorize RV to automatically charge my credit card at the time of each shipment. I understand that RV cannot guarantee how many, if any, bottles of wine will be allocated to me or what the cost of shipments may be. However, I also understand that unless I have first been given and accepted the opportunity to purchase a greater number of bottles of wine, I will not be obligated to purchase at the then quoted price more than four bottles of wine in any shipment.
