We named Anacapa after one of the eight Channel Islands located off of California's Central and Southern Coast. Distinct from the other islands, Anacapa, at high tide, is actually three islets, "East", "Middle" and "West". As the Pacific recedes, though, the islets transition into one island. Our Anacapa wine is sourced from three distinct grape varietals: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot. As the juice is blended, it transitions to one entity; a stunningly elegant and complex Bordeaux style cuvee.

Our 2015 Anacapa captures aromas of nutmeg, clove, dried blueberries and coffee beans, and is accompanied by flavors of black cherry, dried canberry, and cocoa. This Bordeaux style wine yields a beautiful texture of lush, velvety tannins, and provides an elegant well-rounded finish.
