Rosé, Santa Barbara County, 2012
Our Rosé is created from select red grapes, which are harvested at peak maturity and earmarked for our Reserve program. Prior to fermentation, a small percentage of “blush” colored juice is set aside, while the resulting concentrated juice continues on the path to a Reserve release. This unique process leaves us with a delightfully intense Rosé wine perfect for those lighter moments in life. Only 332 cases were produced.
