The grapes for our Sauvignon Blanc showcase two appellations in the Santa Ynez Valley – Happy Canyon and our own Ballard Canyon appellation. Complementing fruit from our estate vineyard are grapes from Stolpman Vineyards, and Vogelzang Vineyard. The grapes were gently whole-cluster pressed and then cold-fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the crispness and varietal characteristics.
This beautifully dry white wine is gifted with ripe fruit flavors suggesting grapefruit and white peach. These aromas merge with flavors of tangerine zest, underscored by a hint of Meyer lemon, and finishes on the palate with a sensation that is both fruity and crisp.
